Not sure what to say?

Elaine was an inspiration to us all, and truly a friend indeed. A woman of God who made the room much brighter when she entered. Even when she was so ill, she still was concerned for others. We mourn with those in their grief and rejoice with them in the victory over death which belongs to all of us in Jesus Christ our Lord. "In life and in death we belong to God." Rest in peace dear friend.

Elaine was a beautiful lovely person who gave all she had to others. I truly will miss her at Christian's Place Mission and making sandwiches at RUMC, What a wonderful woman that lived her life serving God. Carole Newman, Director of Christian's Place Mission at Nauvoo United Methodist Church in Nauvoo AL.. God bless and keep you in his arms.

She always was positive about her fight with cancer, which made me realize how trivial my complaints were (are). I was very humbled by her attitude and grace. My dear neighbor, Elaine, will be missed, but she will live on in our hearts and someday I pray we will join her in Heaven. My thoughts and prayers go...

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Elaine and I were in the Esther circle at OBUMC. She would lightened the room with her beauty and smile and loving heart. I am so glad I was able to meet and be with her during that time. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
