I remember Elaine from the days when she was at the Nice and Easy on Utica Street in Clinton, now Cliff's Local Market with her daughter Debbie. It was great always saying hello to her and getting something I wanted to eat or drink at the time. I know I will miss her and she was just a wonderful business woman to see work hard at what she did.
