Not sure what to say?

I just found out. She will be missed. She was a good friend of my mothers and like an aunt to my siblings and I. The last time I saw her was at my sister's baby shower. I sent her a Christmas card last year and never heard from her. I should have known. Goodby Aunt Elaine.

Elaine was the definition of a true friend .
We met in Dallas and remained friends over the years. She visited me in Johnson City ,Tn.and Houston, Texas.
I will miss our long night phone conversations .
I regret that health issues got in the way and I didn't follow up on why no return calls.
My life was truly blessed to have had her in it.

I love Elaine as I was her caregiver in 2016-17, she was a loving person who cared about many. I stop to see her each time I came into Cleveland. She is in my heart for year to come. I will miss calling her and giving her a visit. My wishes to you Scott, you mother really loved you and missed you very much. Hope life keep you safe. and to her brother who she talked to about a lot. Elaine was a great person and will be missed by many.

May the God of all comfort sustain you now and in the days ahead. May God bring you a measure of peace.

Scott, and Judi and the Mervis family, Pat and I were so shocked and saddened to learn of Elaine's passing. She and Bob have been our "Best Friends" for over 53 years! We were part of each others wedding party, Dave and Bob were college roommates, high school music competitors on trombone, coworkers for a time, and colleagues throughout their working, engineering careers. We will always remember and cherish the wonderful memories of all of our shared times and raising our families ...

May you rest in heaven. I wish I had gotten to spend more time with you. You will live on in the hearts of all of your family.

To the family of Elaine Mervis I would like to express my condolences to you and may you receive the comfort that God can give as He put his right hand out to you Isa.41:10.13
