Elaine was a great friend to all she met. So full of love and kindness for everyone. Such a happy person and a delight to be around. Will miss her greatly. My prayers are with her family. Knowing she is at peace should give you much comfort. She will always remain in our hearts. God has another angel in his kingdom.

Whenever I was in the Capitol my first visit was to Elaine's office.
I was 39 years old and a novice to the real Capitol culture. Elaine was an answer to prayer. I felt special simply because she treated me like everyone...
