Not sure what to say?

Dear Bob, Rita, and family, We were sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. We always looked forward to seeing her when she appeared on Broadway and the few times she opened in New Haven, CT, near our former home in Seymour. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

What sad news to learn of Elaine's passing. We shared a wonderful evening with her at our home in Pennsylvania when she came for dinner with her dear friends Carolyn and Steve Elmore. We loved Elaine's joyous spirit and her many fabulous show biz stories.

Dear Rita,Jeff & Alan,

We were very sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. She was a lovely, kind and generous person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Rita and Families,
Elaine has been a dear friend for 16 years and she will be missed terribly. She has taught us strength, laughter and courage when needed most. I and others are holding our memories dear.
Regards,
Sheila Pompan

Dear Jeff and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your aunt Elaine. I remember when we worked at BCC you spoke so highly of her and Jerry. I will keep you and your family in my prayers and add her to the prayer line at St. Charles in Pittsfield.
Love and God Bless, Ellen

Rita, I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers. Your friend, Joy Mendel

Elaine was a light in our lives. But death is not an extinguishing of the light - it is the putting out of the lamp because the dawn has come. We know she is with her beloved Jerry now.

All of our love to Rita and the Hubbard/Cancilla families. We will always remember Elaine's incredible energy and Joie de Vivre. She was effervescent and that spirit will be missed.
Rachel, Jason, Caleb and Jonah Alemany

Mrs. Hubbard,
I am extremely sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I always remember Elaine as being extremely kind and respectful to everyone she met.
