Elaine and I would just hang out. Talk about boys, music and life in general she was quiet, funny and sincere. She was a good friend. I love and miss her.

To the Pendleton family: Elaine and I worked on the 3rd floor in the old PennDot building, she was sweet and soft spoken and also graduated Class of 74 with my brother Kevin Phoenix. I am sorry for her passing. God bless you all, Maria Phoenix Davis.

Lucretia, Brian & family you are definitely in our thoughts and prayers. Blessings and Love. Sharon Gray Hearst
