Not sure what to say?

What a beautiful person Aunt Elaine was. I feel honored to have known her.

We express our love and sympathy to all the family. Elaine was such a beautiful, elect lady. We appreciate her examplary life, what she taught and what she stood for.
May you be blessed.

Love

I can't begin to express the love I have felt for Elaine for more than 44 years. I could write a book about our friendship and close association. We met the first time at Community Services Council in Salt Lake City. She was my mentor and my confident. We shared all of our joys and sorrows. She gave me hope to become an even better person and rise to heights I would never had achieved without her close friendship. We kept in close touch even when I moved to Montana, Florida, Georgia and then...

I am truly a better person having known Elaine. She exemplifies all that is beautiful and elect in a true servant of her Heavenly Father. She loved and served her family, neighbors, and community with dedication and joy. She took time to listen to me--and my girls--when we needed guidance and a listening ear. We will all truly miss her. May you have peace and know of our love for you--Paul, Edie, and extended family -- Love, Dave & Karen

Thank you Elaine.
As a young boy growing up behind the Smart's I spent many hours in your home and felt your love and concern for everyone who associated with your boys. You always made me feel welcome and loved and your insights on where my life would go were "spot on".
I will always be thankful for the positive influence you made in my life.

Dear Smart Family,
It has truly been a blessing in our lives to live next door to Elaine for the past 25 years. She has been such a sweet positive influence in our lives and the lives of our three children. She taught everyone with dignity, grace and love, even to the end. We love her and will miss her dearly, but we know there has been a joyous family reunion on the other side with Les, Randy, and other loved ones. Our love and prayers are with all of you at this time.
Love,

The temporary loss of Elaine's association is sad. The reunion with her loved ones on the other side of the veil as well as the release from the pain of her mortal body brings such joy! Prayers and love to her family during this time of transition -- and during the many times you will miss her smile, her touch, her wise counsel in the weeks and years to come. I love Elaine, as do so many, for her kindness to me, the wisdom contained in her comments and for the sureness of her testimony of our...

Bishop Rob Smart, Jeril and Family-

I had the privilege of working for Elaine for a year as her secretary and I also worked for many years with her wonderful husband Les at Little America Refining Co. They were two of the most wonderful people I've ever known. Elaine was truly a great influence in my life in the gospel and I will always treasure the memory of her and the importance of attending the temple regularly. I know she is so happy to be back with Les and Randy. What a great couple they were! My deepest sympathy to...
