Not sure what to say?

I still think of Elaine so very often and speak of her to some friends who worked with her. She was so smart, so quick, so funny. I miss her a lot. I hope her family is doing well.

I miss you Nana.

After all these years, in my mind, I can still hear her laughter. May your memories be as filled with such joy.

I can hardly believe it has been 8 years since Elaine left this earth. I still think of her from time to time, and it always puts a smile on my face, makes my heart happy. She truly was one-of-a-kind. She looked in your eyes when you talked to her. She made you feel extra special. Her laugh was one you never forget. She was so dedicated to solving problems and making you feel important, like you mattered. I will always have a place in my heart for Elaine. I still miss her. I pray her family...

Several months have gone by since Elaine passed away and I am left with feelings of gratitude. I am grateful for the grace and joy that entered my life 40 years ago and for the children and grandchild who added to that joy. I am grateful and beholden to the many family members who offered prayers and counsel and then consolation. And, of course her many friends who embraced her and the the kids and me in a time of great need. Thank you all for your kindness. And thank you Elaine for the...

To the Squyres Family,

We were so sorry to hear about your wife, mother and grandmother. We met Elaine at a mutal friends wedding, many years ago. We enjoyed her smile and quick wit and enjoyed our time with Jeff and Elaine. A few years later we were in Arizona visiting and decided to see Sedona. Jeff and Elaine invited us to stop and visit them at their home. We had such a nice afternoon and evening with Jeff and Elaine, you could see they were best friends besides husband and...

I worked with Elaine at Qwest for a few years. It was the first time I was in a position to manage other employees and Elaine was always such a blessing. I learned a great deal from her and will always admire the way she was fair, honest and straight-forward. She brought joy to the entire team with her positive attitude and would always come up with a fun reason to celebrate at work. Thank You Elaine for all you have meant to me.

Elaine and I worked together at Qwest. She made work fun. She had a calendar of unusual national holidays and she'd organize a potlucks to go with them. She was out sick with cancer on her birthday one year so our team all gathered in the conference room, called her, and sang her happy birthday. All we heard from her end of the line was laughter. I can imagine her laughing in heaven right now. Thank you for the good memories, Elaine.

Beth, I was so sad to hear about your mom. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.

Much love to all of you.
