Coloney Maloney was my first boss when I started to work for the federal government in July 1960 at the Defense Communications Agency in Arlington, VA.
He was very kind to me in those early months as our Agency had just been
formed. I had just graduated from high school and moved Washington D. c. as a clerical assistant in the Department of Defense. It was hard to get accustomed to the ways of the government but he was very patient with me. My prayers to his family.
