Eldon Dean Baldwin

Dean was such a wonderful mentor and colleague. So happy to have had the opportunity to know him and work with him!

I am so sorry this world has lost such a wonderful man! It has been my privilege over the years to see Dean at Oakside and his love for the dogs! I remember seeing him with Blitz one Sunday on the bench outside the clinic. They had an appointment on Monday, and Dean was getting Blitz a little more comfortable with the idea! And Heidi, he loved her! My condolences to the entire Baldwin family!

Dean Baldwin was always the best of colleagues: thoughtful, patient, and good-humored. Serving with him at Ohio State University was a consistent pleasure.

My most sincere condolence to the Baldwin family. Dean was a well respected professional and personally a highly valued colleague of mine . Both my professional life, and the lives of many others both personally and professionally were influenced in the best manner possible by him. Our generation of agricultural economists own Dean a memorable debt of gratitude and lasting memory. May he remain forever in the best graces of mankind.
