Not sure what to say?

he was a hard man . but i learn a lot from him. not many like him

A great person who just before finishing the second semester of machine shop ask me if I was sure I wanted to start making a V-Block. He was a great person and am sure left the world after making a difference. I will always respect him from knowing him.

Sincerest condolences to Eldor's family and thanks to all Appolds for good memories of Frankenlust.

One early memory is of the passing of Butch's grandfather (at 96?) when so many of the 52 members of the church choir were related and seated with the family that the remainder didn't comprise enough voices to sing at the funeral. And do I correctly recall that there was a hymnfest every Thursday in the Appold home?

Appolds! God must love 'em. He made so many of 'em.

he was a great guy. sure will miss him.

My Condolences to the Appold family. I was a member of the National Guard with "Butch."

I have many great memories of that time with "Butch."

A great guy and I'm sure he will be missed!

Dear Aunt Jean, Dawn, Keith & Family,
So sorry to hear about Uncle Butch's passing. I have so many great memories of him and your family growing up in Frankenlust. You're all in our prayers. May you find comfort in a heavenly reunion, where there's no more weeping. God's blessings.

To the Appold Family; Please accept my most sincere condolences. Mr. Appold was the greatest shop teacher I ever had as he instilled in me "work ethic, ability, and perfection (he would grab the small hairs of my neck....and I new right away that I needed to THINK the project through)as he made what I am today. Please hold on to the good times, as it will bring you through this difficult time. GOD LOVE MR. APPOLD!!

Jean, Keith, Dawn, and your families,
Tony and I extend our deepest sympathy. We are so sad and will miss his friendship. You will never know how much your family has meant to us. I will always remember Butch's shy smile and that puts a smile on my face.

Our condolences to the APPOLD family.
Eldor was a great instructor at Delta
College.
