Eleanor Brydon Barraclough

When I was tasked with writing the "history" of Highland Lakes, everyone told me that I had to talk to Eleanor. Boy were they right. The stories she shared with me were invaluable. I learned how much she contributed to the success of Highland Lakes. I am a better person for having met this amazing lady. My sympathies to her daughter and her entire family.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Eleanor for many years. Our conversations, though never brief when Irish and Scottish get together, were always filled with true kindness and a love for life. Jim and Jean were always vocal about how proud they were of their mother´s life and the life she lived. She will be dearly missed.
