Mrs. Buda was a great English teacher. She was very helpful and caring to all students. I loved going on the ALFS trip with her and the the ALFS group. A lot of fun all around.
You will be missed dearly by all you have made an impression on.

Dear Aunt Ellie,

You have always been such an inspiration to me... your strength and joy... When I close my eyes I can see your smile and hear your laughter.
I feel grateful and honored to have known you and to have been one of the many people inspired and touched by you.
I cannot deny that I wish you could have been here with us longer and that you will be greatly missed, but I will always have you in my heart.

I love you... and thank you for everything.

We love you Eleanor, you were taken too soon. You were the greatest lady on Earth, We'll never forget you. You were so kind hearted, so generous, we'll love you always, God Bless You, Love,

To the Jackowski Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I heard many stories about Aunt Eleanor through out the years. Your family has been through a lot this year. I hope you all find the strength to get through this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My condolences to the family and loved ones mourning the loss of Mrs. Buda. I was a student in Dallas who had the benefit of attending the American Literature Field Studies trip to cape cod with her. I am one of many who appreciate her efforts to have a positive influence on students. You have my sympathy in your time of grief.

Mrs. Buda was one of the finest teachers in the Dallas School District. She touched so many lives and really made American Lit fascinating to me. I remember her wit and no-nonsense way that made her a teacher to be respected. I'm sending prayers to her family and dear friends during this time.
