Dear grandmother of Michael (Julia) Wohlwend, Melanie (Ryan) Sheedy, Jennifer Kopin Jones and Katie (Sam) Kopin Weiner and great grandmother of Madison and Blake Wohlwend, Avery and Aidan Sheedy, Caleb and Brayden Jones and Riley and Charlie Weiner. Loving sister of the late Irene Kitowski. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Eleanor was born August 25, 1928 in Chicago to the late Matilda and John Skummer.
Visitation Friday, May 11, from 3 to 8 PM at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg. In state Saturday, May 12, at 9AM at St. Hubert Church, 729 Grand Canyon Parkway, Hoffman Estates, Mass 9:30 AM. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove. We are so sorry for the passing of your Mom. Our Mother Geri Jurewicz lives down the street from your Mom. They would see each other in church. We're so sorry we didn't make the funeral as we just found out today. Ypur Mom will be missed.
