Not sure what to say?

You would have enjoyed last Saturdays. Your beautiful daughter Allison

Down and know this.
Miss you.

Al, Leslie and Allison: I just happened on this news and my heart was deeply saddened. I was thinking about all of you and did a search and that is how I found the sad news of Eleanor's passing. May God bless you all. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Al,Leslie and Allison,
We were so sorry to hear of Mom's passing. We returned last night, and sorry to miss her service. Those blue eyes, smile and captivating giggle will come to mind whenever I think of her. We had a memorable California trip in the 50s and many good times. We were bridesmaids in each others weddings in 1956. I only wish I could have seen her more these past few years. May the God of all comfort bring you peace and many good memories.

I was sad to hear of Eleanor's passing (Mrs. Mackie, as I knew her). I have so many fond memories of Eleanor, Al, Leslie and Allison from swimming at David Douglas, school and family vacations.

Al, Leslie and Allison, we are so sorry to hear of your mothers' passing and wanted you to know we remember the good times we had at Kahneeta and at your place in Wildwood. She had a dry sense of humor and her many friends so enjoyed her company and have good memories to treasure.

Eleanor gave me my first job in Portland at Casey's. I started out as a real wimp and she schooled me on how to live in the city. She always invited Ed and I to holiday dinners as if we were family. I have very fond and rich memories of "Elny".

I only knew Eleanor the last couple of years of her life. I had the pleasure of being her hairdresser where she lived and becoming her friend.
She had the most beautiful soul. So kind and so sweet.
Always with a smile on her face to brighten my day and everyone she came in contact with.
I will truly miss her and and am very saddened by her passing. She will always be in my thoughts.

I remember you being a wonderful lady who kept in touch with my mom Helen who enjoyed your visits so very much! I am your cousin, the little flower girl in your wedding. You were a great Mom and person who was loved very much!

Dear Leslie,
Thought about you today. May "joy" find your Mom ...as she has passed on.
May trinkets of "good" memories store fast and forever "deep" inside your heart.
Much warmth, Janice Dreiling Emmons
A good side note...I talked with Janet Hough Emch on Monday. She so enjoyed seeing you. Many "great" comments all about you.
