Not sure what to say?

Ellie was a Very Good friend when we lived one block from each other in Easton during the 1960s (a long, long time ago). But my memories of her and Steve remain intact. it's hard to believe that she passed a full year ago. I'm so sorry. I send all my condolences to her family. John V. R. Bull

Time goes by so fast. I know it will be a difficult day for her children. Blessings on all of you. Your mom was a great lady, and she is in a good place. Miriam Devey

Our most sincere condolences to Brig and to Ellie's whole family. We will miss Ellie here at Commodore Club I.

I remember Ellie leading water aerobics in the pool with her boom box nearby. I remember sharing tequila drinks at Tacos and Tequila. I remember her smile.

Fondly, Debbie Groover and Chip Gore

When I knew Ellie 50 years ago, our families lived only a block from each other in Easton, Pa. I used to kid her about being Mrs. Malaprop, a friendly observation that proved itself when Ellie first saw the beard I had just grown.

She was really startled and gasped and struggled to say something about it. "It's ..... it's....." she stammered. "It hides your face,"she finally blurted out.

I loved her conclusion and have remembered it for 50 years. Her comment has made people...

she probably will play tennis in heaven

I only knew Ellie through her children who went to Moravian Academy, especially Kim and Lee. l remember Ellie was an active parent. My husband and I watched the girls play sports. They were very special young ladies I remember them well. I am so sad for them losing their mother, Sending God's Blessing on all of the family.
Mrs David (Miriam) Devey
