Not sure what to say?

It doesn't take long to know a good person well. I met Ellie and Wally 10 years ago through Ellie's Mount Holyoke roommate, Barbara Bernard. The four of us met often for lunch and the theatre in New York and were together for their 65th college reunion in May. Wonderful memories of a wonderful woman. Charlie Spallino

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Parker family on their loss. She was a life-long friend to my parents (Grace and Joe Palis).

My sincere condolences to Wally and family. Ellie and I were friends at Mt. Holyoke over 69 years ago. Here father lent his car to us and two other friends to travel to my home for a visit in Kansas City, Mo. What wonderful memories -- what a wonderful friend.

In loving memory,

Susan Jenkins

Please accept my condolences to the Parkers and their families. I remember Mrs. Parker fondly as a generous person and an example to all around her. As the anchor of your family, I'm sure she will live on through spirit as the shining star she was.

Aunt Ellie was a constant, beautiful, kind and loving presence in my life. She was so thoughtful of my husband and me, my children and grandchildren. I send my deepest sympathy to Uncle Wally, Paul, Karen and Barbara. Aunt Eliie will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God continue to bring you comfort and peace during this time of sorrow.

My condolences to the Parker family. May memories of time spent with Ellie warm your hearts. Lean on God for comfort and the hope he gives of seeing our passed loved ones again.

Ellie and I were roommates at Mount Holyoke College. As only chidren our friendship was more than sharing a dormitory room and all the wonderful fun we had double dating, being Catholic, sleeping with the window open, never missing a thing on campus, majoring in psychology, and delighted that the men we married liked one another so we shared time together. We were like the sisters neither of us had. When my husband died 15 years ago Wally was a pall bearer and Ellie was my strength, I adore...
