Eleanor was born on January 30, 1925 and passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Eleanor was a resident of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. She was a graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School. Funeral services will be held at the Church of God, Valley View, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Gerald Frey officiating. A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday at the church. Burial will be made in Church of God Cemetery, Weishample, Hegins. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hegins Area Ambulance Association, P.O. Box 678, Valley View PA 17983, Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
Cathy & family: I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I only met her a few times and she was a very sweet lady. I know she is with my mom and dad in heaven (Charlie and Martha Blackwell). May God bless you and your family in your time of sorrow.
