Not sure what to say?

Remember her like this.

She was my Mother's Aunt, my Great Aunt, although she had come to be my friend over the most recent years. I will miss our times together.
She once sent me this. Definition when I asked her "What does Sisu really mean?"
She was full of Sisu in every sense of the word. Let's hope she's passed it along to us.
SISU:

Skip, I'm sorry for the loss of your mother. I have pleasant memories of your mother. She seemed to be a fixture at Maple St. Congregational Church, involved in many things there. I always see her smiling, easy to talk to and so upbeat. I believe I see her personality in you as well. Hang on to those good memories. We both are so lucky to have had our parents live so long. My best to you and your family. Marj

I was very sorry to hear that your mother has passed away. Eleanor was a wonderful, kind and loving person and everyone loved her. Eileen Robinson and I had so much fun fishing with her and wouldn't you know it, she always caught the first fish! When I moved to Florida and came back for visits, Eileen would always make sure she brought me over to visit with Eleanor. Your mother will always be remembered with that big smile on her face.

Judy, Sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother, or better know to all of your daycare parents and kids as " Mom". Her love she showed my kids, her energy level and excitment of all my kids to see her when she visited cannot be put into words.Playing games each day and walking the dog with kids in hand will always be remenbered by us and Meaghan, Cailyn and Lindsey. We were all sadden by her death and pass on our prayers for her to you and the rest of your family.

Skip, I'm saddened to hear of your mother's death. Although I really didn't personally know her, she certainly raised a terrific son and I'm sure your family is going to miss her. My deepest sympathy to all.
