Not sure what to say?

Mama,

I can't believe you have been gone a week already, it only seems like yesterday you were here. Tomorrow night would have started my weekend with you. I will be alright because I know you are with Jesus and Daddy. During the day I find myself wanting to call to check on you. I have picked up the phone several times to make my 7:00 pm call. I love and miss you so much.
Love, Jackie

What a great lady you have all lost! I was only around her for a short period of time but she was someone you didn’t forget. A conversation with her was so enjoyable, she was right there, 100% with you, clear and secure in who she was. I love being around people, saint or sinner, who wear their “inside on the outside”. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother, Mrs Electa. She was a sharp and lovely lady whom we enjoyed visiting when we were going to our camp or stopping to see Walter. Her memory was amazing, always remembering us and sincerely interested in whatever we were doing. I know you will miss her and it has been our pleasure to have known her over the past 40 years. We would love to express our sympathy in person but since we are living in California this year it is not possible. ...

Jackie, We are so sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Linda & Lilton Jr Verret

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

Know she is happy and pain free now. I know it does not help your sadness and the empty spot in your heart. In time memories will help ease the pain and loneliness. God be with all of Mrs.Electa's family in this time of sadness.

What a wonderful blessing it was to have known and shared the last 3 1/2 years with Mrs. Electa and her family. Our community, church, and families have all benifited from knowing and loving Mrs. Electa and her family.

Love,
The Moyers

As our lives and paths of our own families take us to different areas it does not allow us to share thoughts often, except in sadness as is the case with the news of your mother's passing. I seen her a time or two at other services of friends, as she always attended when she could. We chatted a bit and she always was such a sharp "LADY" even well into her 90's which is amazing as we all know huh? Michael and I gave her some rough times as children, but she always...
