My husband, Mike and I taught with Elena at Community High until I retired in 2011. I am so sorry to hear of her passing - she was a sunny, lovely person who brought her love of visual arts to our students. Please accept our sincere condolences.

I send my deepest sympathy to Elena's family. I taught Visual Art at Pioneer High School while she was at Community. We also shared our love for horses together. She was a wonderful person & we will never forget her. I am praying for all of you.
