I remember Mrs. Eleonore from our neighborhood by Jaegars Seafood & Marigny/Derbigny St. Mrs Eleonore was kind but a disciplinarian with the kids in the neighborhood. The Russell/Lafayette, Spriggins, Harleaux, Sanders, Williams families kids played outside with Stephen & Brian. We had some great times as kids back then. To Brian (who I meet through the Gospel Soul Children at our home in New Orleans) and to Steve (who I served with in the Navy in San Diego), may God watch over your family. My family is praying for your family.

Ms. Hellen was so sweet when I met her after moving to New Orleans. Her gumbo and jambalaya was fabulous. She always had a smile on her face when I would see her. Rest well!!
