I met Dr. Grossman when he worked at the Oral Health Research Institute at Indiana University, Indianapolis. He truely is one of the finest and dearest people I have ever known. His wit, his intelligence, his wry humor, his compassion and his wisdom made him a joy to know. I worked on many projects with him over several years and knowing that I was to work with him made going to work worthwhile.
