Another company Eli formed, I think his first, was Integrated Resources, which had a problem with IBM concerning a lease of a computer. Fifty-five years ago Eli was just starting out, but even then he was busy enough to have a lawyer for each part of his operation. It fell upon me to handle IBM and it ended with my first case in the Oregon Supreme Court. We went on to have a friendship I will always treasure. There are few of those and his was one. To his wonderful family, please accept my...

Our sincere condolences and love to Jill EC and Lee for your loss of Eli, a dear old friend, Alpha Tau Omega brother, and much loved 7yr boss @ RMC of Judee´s. He was a gifted giant in his profession and dear friend to so many that benefited from his generous ways and life.

Such an amazing man and such a good friend. I remember how intimidating Eli could be in a business setting because he was always thinking miles ahead of everyone else. He was generous with his time and resources for those in need and for those he loved. What a gift it has been to know him through work and as a friend. My heart goes out to you Jill, E.C. and Lee, and all the family. Eli will be missed, but never forgotten because of the positive impression he left on us all. Warmest...

Our sincere condolences to the Morgan family . We will cherish the wonderful memories of our dear friend Eli and he will always have a special place in our hearts

Good neighbor and friend

I knew Eli both at Grant High, where he starred in basketball and football, an was President of his social club, Delta Chi Omega, and at the U of Oregon, where he continued to excel in basketball and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega. He was both very well liked and respected.

I want to send my condolences to Jill and Eli's entire family on his passing. We both graduated from the University of Oregon in 1958 and were members of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He was a friend who I seldom saw as he moved to California, but had periodic e-mails. I was always impressed with his business career and philanthropic activities. I remember our bet after graduation as he went into the insurance business and I started with U S Bank on who would make $10,000 annually first. It was...
