Eli was a delight, a professional and a friend. I had the privilege of working with him on the HFS Medicaid Advisory Committeeoi for many years. He was an excellent listener and meeting facilitator, injecting warmth and humor at each opportunity. You could always count on Eli to show up and to do the right thing. His courage and grace throughout his illness is an example for all who witnessed. I will miss him. I pray for all in his circle of love who ache as they grieve his passing. His life...

I only just found out about Eli's passing. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

My condolences to Eli's family. Eli was a great mentor. I loved his attitude and his wisdom. He taught me to use the word "challenge" instead of "problem". And when I would bring an issue/challenge to him, he advised me to also bring a solution. What great advice from a great man. My toughts and prayers are with you.
