Elijah J. Goss, 17, of Newport passed away suddenly on September 18, 2010 in Newport. On any given day spring or summer he would make his farm chore rounds before catching up with the "crew" at the Lake Seymour beach. Eli had a gift of brightening any room he walked into with a dynamic smile and a joke, always willing to lend a helping hand. He was also blessed to blend his time between his school friends and farm friends.
