Joan and I are deeply saddened to hear of Lisa's passing. We both worked with her at Chelsea City Hall. She was a wonderful and kind woman. She always had a kind word and welcoming smile for everyone. She was respected and appreciated by her coworkers and the citizens of Chelsea May she rest in peace.
