ELISE A. CASSIDY

I had the pleasure of working with husband, Paul, on the 15 year water agreement, when I was on Fairview Pk. city council. Mayor Joe Gaul, Law Director Tom O'Malley, and Paul were friends and he was hired to negotiate our water agreement with the City of Cleveland which was in my committee. A real gentleman. I didn't get to know Elise , his wife, but I am certain she was as kind and gentle as Paul. 105 years old, what a blessing. May she rest in peace with Paul.
