Elise was the very model of how to love one's life joyfully and fully engaged right down to the last minute. She loved walking in the woods, playing recorder in her ensemble, attending concerts and plays and staying in touch with her wide circle of friends and family on both sides of the Atlantic. She will be genuinely missed by her Unitarian Universalist friends. I will miss her smile, infectious energy and joie d'vivre.
