Elsie and I worked together for 11 years at the Health Department. She was smart, kind and had a wonderful sense of humor that had the office laughing on a daily basis. She quickly became a very dear friend and I will miss her greatly.

Elsie hired me in 1975 to work with her in the accounting dept of the Health Dept. We were always laughing. She was such an upbeat person. Will miss her smile and laughter and friendship. RIP Elsie.
