Beloved husband of the late Alicia (nee Velez); loving father of Fred (Anita) and Eliseo, Jr.; grandfather of Amanda, Cara and Alex; brother of Carlos, Sr. (Nora), Minerva Delgado (Juan) and the late Cecilia Velez, Milagro Torres, Anna Lydia Caraballo and Manuel; uncle and great uncle of many. Passed away June 11, 2017. Funeral Mass Friday, June 16, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 10 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
