ELISSA BRAGA NAIMAN

Elissa was a wonderful voice teacher and a wonderful person. I've never known someone kinder or gentler. I have been thinking of her a lot, and I will continue to think of her when I sing.

Elissa taught me voice lessons for around 10 years. She knew me since I was about 11 years old and watched me grow up. She was a wonderful voice teacher with a beautiful voice, but most importantly a beautiful heart. She was the kindest, sweetest lady, and was like another family member to me. She was always both a teacher and a friend, and my heart goes out to her family, friends, and other students. I am so sorry to hear of Elissa's passing. My heartfelt condolences to Elissa's family. Elissa gave voice lessons to my 2 daughters for many years. She not only gave them the gifts of music and singing, but she gave them the gift of knowing a wonderful friend and role model. Elissa will be greatly missed by all of us!

Elissa was my singing colleague in the Shir Joy Chorus, a friend and my voice teacher. She came across as quiet and shy, but really was a strong, determined yet kind and sweet woman. My heart goes out to her family.
