Liz (or as I knew her "Mom Liz") was one of a few ladies that I was BLESSED to know and feel a kin-ship of extended Motherhood to me. She not only treated me with kindness upon my many visits to see LeeAnn and her; But also with love and compassion of a parent.

Liz and I worked together in Glendale at Fremont Compensation Ins. Company. Liz has been a great friend to me. One year we were visiting friends in Tucson, AZ and made it a point, as I had promised her, my husband and I would visit her in Mesa. I have kept in touch with her all these years until she was not able to write me, but I would call to make sure she received my letter. Rosemary would write me for her. Liz and I were first cousins. We shared many happy, crazy moments together. We last saw each other in 2004 when Ed and I visited Paul and Joyce in Mesa.
