Read MoreMy favorite memory is attending an international cooking school in Lake Tahoe with Betty. My husband, Doug, was, simultaneously, hiking with Bechtel family members on the Pacific Crest Trail. It was a very special time for Doug and myself, and we have such fond memories of that summer. I thought, then and now, that Betty was beautiful inside and out. Rest in peace with the Lord, dear Angel.
