Breede "Liz", Age 39, Beloved daughter of Thomas and Barbara Hojnacki; wife of Benjamin; Loving mother of Kevin, Maggie and Molly; Dear granddaughter of Bob and Rose Holbach and the late Henry and Helene Hojnacki; Cherished sister of Mark (Jodie) Hojnacki, Carrie (CJ) Roesch; Aunt of Theresa, Jake and Sullivan. Will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00-9;00 pm; Funeral Prayers Friday 9:15 am at Kolbus-John V. May Funeral Home 6857 W. Higgins Ave. Procession to St. Monica Church for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
