Elizabeth "Liz", as I have come to know you. I will miss your smile, and your godly presence. You touched my heart where others could not penetrate. The lord has called you home for a reason. I believe that you are at his side, and that you are one of the strong prayer warriors in his army. Elizabeth is my sister. We were both born January 16th, six years apart, she being the first born of six children, and me being the third born. I will forever remember her smile, her courage, her dedication to family, but most of all her gentle spirit. She has planted a seed in my heart that will last forever because I know that love is stronger than death. All due respect to you my sister.

She was my mom and I loved her very much. She got me into music, I was playing a clarinet and piano and then violin. I recently taught myself guitar and composed some songs. I made my very first song for her. I miss her now, a whole lot. She is so loving, kind, caring, compassionate, helpful and many other things. The list could go on and on. Well I'm her first daughter, she is my strength and she is my hero like the song, The Wind Beneath My Wings. She's the Wind. I love you Ma. ...

Although I didn't know Liz very well, I had such respect and admiration for her.

She was a great lady and we will be poorer for her loss.
