Elizabeth K. Dalton

Bette was an active member of the Richmond Academy of Medicine Alliance and its Book Club until the pandemic when we switched to ZOOM meetings. Always thoughtful, her insights were supported by her well-tagged book, and keen intellect. Her personality sparkled and was complimented by her colorful wardrobe and polished presentation. My condolences to the family. I knew her from working with her husband and her son total of 19 years. She was always so sweet and kind to me. She gave me a beautiful Christmas bell that I always display on my table at Christmas. I think of her every time I take that out.

She must have been brilliant..."a degree in Shakespeare and 17th Century Literature". I'm not sure I ever had the pleasure of meeting her. Sincerest condolences to the Dalton family.
