Just learned of your passing and I am deeply grieved. You have always held a large place in my heart and soul, and always will, dear Welsh witch. Fare well.

Although I have been away from North Beach for a very long time, my memories of Elizabeth, her beauty, her grace, directness and good humour have remained bright spots for me. In my mind's eye she was like displaced royalty, set down among us, presiding over the Little City, giving us all a little class.

We hope you've finally found some peace -- your East Coast family of Mel, Marcy, Megan, Jason, Jess, Corey, Lindsey and Charlotte. Have you and Mom stopped talking yet?

To Elizabeth's family:
I haven't seen Elizabeth for a long time but I always enjoyed her company and especially her love of baseball. I will always think of her when I go to North Beach. She was the best!
