Beth was a brutal adversary in the courtroom, but a beautiful lady and a trustworthy friend out of the presence of the jury. One of my favorite remembrances of her is when I phoned to donate to WNCW radio years ago. By chance it was Beth who answered my call. She said "you know you can do better than that." Beth was always a breath of fresh air. She made me a better deputy by working with her. To her family, you were so blessed to be hers.

I am saddened by her passing. She was both an aggressive advocate for the District Attorney's office while maintaining professionalism and courtesy to all!

I first met Beth in 1988 in the middle of the California desert, where she and Roland had wrecked their car. Beth was always a ray of sunshine, kindness, wit and humor. She was like the sister I never had. I will cherish my memories of her always.
