Liz and I met in second grade. I have hundreds of memories growing up in her home... sleepovers, reading Judy Blume books and playing in the yard. I did not know she was ill and am so sorry for her familys loss.

Spending time with Liz was always an adventure and always fun - there was literally never a dull moment when Liz was around. She had a heart of gold and was a great friend. Im so lucky to have shared 15 years of friendship but still not nearly enough. Heartbroken and saddened to lose such a special person. Liz will never be forgotten and the memories of the times we spent together will always bring a smile to my face.

Im shocked and very sad to hear about Lizs passing. What a wonderful guide she was when we, as her childhood neighborhood friends, came to New York City to visit. Shower is the best places and hung out with us all night, showing us the time of our lives. Prayers to her beloved mother and children, family and friends during this very tragic time.
