Betty was always so sweet and always went out of her way to say hello to me the times I would see her at a family event. Even though I did not see her often, I am sure going to miss her beautiful personality and smile. My condolences to entire family. Xo

Betty was the best neighbor you could ever want. I was 8 years old when my family bought a cottage next door to the Garners. At the time there were only the 3 girls, Dawn, Debbie and Diane. Betty always had a kind word to say and made you feel like you were important. Condolences to the Garner family, she leaves a void in many hearts including the Sanford Village

Betty Garner was VIBRANT! She radiated kindness and warmth. Bless your family on the passing of such a Light/Life.
