Not sure what to say?

My Deepest Sympathy to this sweet family. When I started at Duke Energy Lib helped train me. Our group was a family. It was wonderful to be part of that group. She was so sweet to work with, a wonderful mentor at work and also as a Proverbs 31 woman. She loved each member of her family and talked about them everyday. She also talked about her church and how involved her family was. Heaven has received a special angel - Lib Goforth.

God has healing powers, remember that when you are feeling low, He will lift you up!

We were very sorry to hear about Lib she was a very special lady inside and out. We will always remember her beautiful smile. Our Deepest Sympathy to the family. In Christ and Love Bob and Betty Jo Barnes

I grew up in Greenland Avenue Baptist church where Lib and John were very active and faithful members. I reconnected with them through volunteering at Jackson Park Ministries and saw how they still were serving God and loving others. Lib was a very special and kind lady and I feel very blessed to have known her.

I had the pleasure of serving at Jackson Park Ministries with Lib and John. What a loving couple and special lady. She was so faithful to serve and went out of her way to make others feel special. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. I know Lib heard the words "well done good and faithful servant".

So sorry to see the obituary of Lib this morning. She and I were in the same Sunday School class at Woodlawn Baptist Church. I had not seen her for a good while. My heartfelt condolences go to her family and friends at this time of sorrow.

Sincerely praying for your family during this painful time. I thank God for John and Libby as they were tremendous examples for me as a young man. Their sincere faith, love and commitment to Christ defined who they were. Look forward to spending eternity with them!
