Betty was a skilled secretary who could type over 90 WPM. Her skills in the kitchen were unmatched. Family events always included her cheesecake and her famous apple and cherry strudels. Betty´s Thanksgiving mashed potatoes were the best ever as was her classic pumpkin pie. To say that Betty´s husband, Ed, adored her would be a massive understatement. He was always a helping hand to his "Elizabeth." Her daughter, Dianne, was her best friend, and losing her was more pain than any mother...
