My condolences to Libby's family. She was a dear friend for many years and a sister in our fraternity alumnae association of Kappa Kappa Gamma, having served as president. She and I also had in common that we were both from Arkansas. She often came back to Williamsburg after moving to Poquoson for various Kappa events. She will be missed.
