Liz was born on May 19, 1959 in Cahokia, Ill. to George and Norma (Taylor) Tanner. She spent 14 years of her life in Laramie, Wyo. In 1992 she and her family moved to the greater Scottsbluff area where she met and married her husband of 13 years Tom Hinds. The settled down in Gering to raise their family where she remained until the time of her passing.
Over the years she kept a variety of jobs, but her passion was bartending. Liz just recently re-entered the work force as a C.S.R for Vertex where she enjoyed helping others and gained many friends and respect across the country
She loved to sew and crochet, making knick-knacks for her grandchildren and cooking for everyone. She made the best hot wings and cabbage burgers ever. She also loved spending time with her children, always ready with a smile and a hug. Liz was a loving wonderful wife and an extraordinary mother. As she has gone away with her heavenly father, she will be sorely missed by her family, friends, and everyone who had the chance to know her.
She is survived by her loving husband Tom Hinds of Gering; sons Chris Tanner and his wife Kasey of Vancouver, Wash., Taylor Sestak and Tommy Hinds of Gering; and her only daughter Kelsey Craig and husband Paul of Scottsbluff. Mom:
I love you so much and will never forget you. I have so many questions that are left unanswered-you really were my personal guru that knew everything. Isaiah misses you so much, and his whole mood has changed since you passed. He knows, prolly more than any of us do that such a great mother and grandmother was lost that day. You wil forever be in our hearts and minds-I love you Mom.

Liz:
The world is a much sadder place without you. You were taken way too early. But your love will forever be here through your children and grandchildren. Sleep well, and tell Mom and Dad hello, and that I love and miss them as I do you.
Your brother, George and your nephews; Mike and Mark Tanner.
