Read MoreMiss Horrocks was one of my Instructors @ SVCH School of Nursing from `77 to `80. I remember her like it was yesterday b/c she was meticulous, & trained both me & my classmates to be the same. She made each of us better nurses from the get go/our start. I will forever be grateful to her for that, as well as her kindnesses & caring to patients & families as we trained. RIP Miss Horrock.

Miss Horrocks was my instructor in ICU at St. Vincent Charity Hospital School of Nursing. She was a role model for the students on how to be a compassionate nurse were the patient came first. Rest in Peace.

I will always remember Betty; my Mom's friend when she was at O'Neills. She was the 1st person there that even came up to her, and introduce herself. I'm sure Mom is up there, and greeting her. I am so sorry for your loss. Peace and condolences to your families.
