I knew Liz through New Milford hospital and the mountain laurel quilt guild . She was a warm and caring person,always willing to help in the guild . My sincerest condolences to Eric and his family as well as Liz´s family. She will be missed by our friends in the guild. A beautiful person with a heart of Gold !! My her memory be a blessing Anne W

I met Liz when she and her husband Eric joined the Institute for American Indian Studies where I worked as its research director/archaeologist. Liz was very interested in local archaeology and Indigenous history. We spent many happy times excavating sites, visiting museums, and attending IAIS museum events. Liz was a lovely, kind person, always generous with her time. I shall miss her very much.

I met my dear friend Elizabeth (Liz) in 5th grade. We had our classrooms next door to each other in the roundhouse building at JFK Elementary School in Brewster, NY. We were also in the same Girl Scout Troop for awhile. I remember it was then when she told me her little sister Leslie was born. They were 10 years apart.
