Read More"Aunt Liz", close college friend of my mother, Gay Scannell, was one of the strongest women I´ve ever known. She came to visit regularly at our family´s camp on a lake in NH and always brought fun, laughs, playing Twister with us kids on summer nights, but always treating us as real people. I will always remember her with love.

I´ve lived at the independent Summit with Liz for the past 10 years. I knew how musically talented she was but was astonished to read about her educational background, especially her Peabody degree. Liz had many friends at the Summit, and we will miss her.
