Elizabeth Kumpe, 86, of Little Rock passed from this earthly life Tuesday, May 10, 2005.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kumpe and three grandchildren. She leaves behind ten devoted children; four sons, Jackie Kumpe (Marlene), Ernie Kumpe (Cathy), Danny Joe Kumpe (Patricia), and Billy Ray Kumpe; six daughters, Evelyn Basel (John), Marian Surrett/Farrell, Ann Stripling (Bud), Carolyn Frederick (Johnny), all of Little Rock, Deborah Hawkins (Travis), of El Paso and Sandra Upchurch (Robert) of Mountain Home; twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, at Ironton Baptist Church. Burial will be in Ironton Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
