Not sure what to say?

I´m so late on this, yet that´s typical. I remember sitting in the room with the courtyard to our backs, and Ms Major imploring us to sing lounder! Use our voices! She made singing fun.

Dory, I'm so sorry for your loss. I just now read of Beth's passing and feel awful that I didn't attend her service! Sending you and your family prayers for peace

Miss Major was a kind woman who poured her heart into her students and music. I had the pleasure of getting close with her during my time as Cinderella in 7th grade. She was encouraging and gentle. I could feel her pride beaming into all of us. She is the reason I love the theater. She encouraged me when I was unsure of myself. And she made memories for us that we will never forget. Rest easy. Condolences to everyone who was touched by her love.

Ms Major poured her heart and soul into her craft of teaching. The consummate educator and nurturer of young minds and souls. I remember classes, musicals, concerts, competitions, bus trips to Riverside (Six flags) and the bus driving past her family house beeping and all the kids waving and yelling to her mother as we drove by. Ms Major was just wonderful. Though I haven´t seen her in years I can say that our world has lost someone who is one in a million.

Ms. Major was one of the absolute best. I was thinking about her just the other day and the impact she had on me. I look back on my time with her being my music teacher quite fondly and often think how she was the quintessential definition of what a teacher is. Thank you Ms. Major.

A Master Teacher for all students! Her impact lives on at Marlborough Public Schools.

Ms. Major gave me confidence in myself and created a safe space to explore music. Always kind and easy to be around. I will always have warm thoughts and fond memories of my time spent in her class.

I have fond memories of her teaching at Jaworek Elementary - love how she played the harpsichord and made music class so much fun.

I should´ve proof read that last entry. She was a total rockstar on her harpsichord!
